DAY 1 - LAKE MAJOR REGION 
Arrival in the region of  Maggiore Lake  and accommodation in a  3* hotel. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 2 - LAKE ORTA 
Breakfast and departure to Orta Lake. Meet your guide for a day's hiking around Lake Orta:

The boucolique hills of Orta Lake  ( Lortallo - Monte Mesma - Ameno - Miasino - Sacro Monte - Orta )

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 
Ascent: 311 metres 
Distance: 11 km (12 km if you take the riverside walk back to the bus parking) 
Walking time: 3 hours 30 mins 
Maximum altitude: 557 m (starting from 465)

The walk starts at Lortallo and leads to the convent of Monte Mesma, with its beautiful panoramic views. Then continuation to Ameno, passing through the beautiful 19th-century holiday village to reach the Armeno-Miasino plateau, walking along white roads and footpaths beside pastures where cows and horses spend their lazy days.
At the end of the hikes, free time in Orta to enjoy an ice cream or for a visit of the island of San Giulio by boat.
Return to the hotel. Dinner and night.

DAY 3 - CANNERO/CANNOBIO 
After breakfast, departure by coach for Cannero for a scenic walk with a splendid view of the lake:

the "Delle Genti Trail"

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: Cannero-Cannobio 
Ascent: 450 metres 
Distance: 8/9 km (with or without a walk through Cannero) 
Walking time: approximately 4 hours 
Maximum altitude: 500 m (starting from 194 m)

This is an extremely scenic route, starting  from the town of Cannero, from where we cross the citrus grove and the narrow streets of the centre. The path leaves the elegant lakeside promenade and climbs halfway up the hill, passing through rural villages. The most characteristic point of the route is the hamlet of Carmine Superiore with the ancient church of San Gottardo, from which you can enjoy a superb view of the lake. Before heading back down to Cannobio, we'll walk past the remains of old trenches built during the First World War. Our final stop is the beautiful lakeside town with its religious and civil buildings. Return by coach to the hotel. Dinner and night at the hotel.

DAY 4 - BORROMEAN ISLANDS 
Breakfast and departure for Stresa, where you will embark on a private boat trip on Lake Maggiore and visit the Borromean Islands: Isola Madre, entirely covered by a splendid garden of rare or exotic flowers and plants, which you will visit; Isola Bella, where a visit to the splendid Palazzo dei Borromei and its famous gardens will not leave you indifferent, followed by Isola Dei Pescatori, with houses so tightly packed that the fishermen barely have room to dry their nets...  Lunch at the restaurant. Return to Stresa and a short visit at leisure of this town, nicknamed the Pearl of Lake Maggiore, before returning to the hotel for dinner and night. 

DAY 5 - LAKE OF MERGOZZO
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Lake Mergozzo.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL (complete tour starting from La Rustica) Ascent: 200 metres 
Distance: 8 km (possibility of doing + 2km and going up to Montorfano village) 
Walking time: about 5 hours 
Maximum altitude: 350 m (starting from 194m)

A beautiful walk around Mergozzo Lake, the cleanest lake in Italy, through chestnut and beech woods along the stonecutters' mule paths, but also along 2 small sandy beaches and through the village of Mergozzo.

DAY 6 - VALLI OSSOLANE 
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the Ossolane Valleys and meeting with your guide for a magnificent hike:

Macugnaga, the Walser Village on the east side of Monte Rosa.

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ( Pestarena - Isella - Pecetto - Dorf - Staffa) 
Ascent: 330 metres 
Distance: 8 km (possibility of +1km to reach the Fees lake) 
Walking time: 3 hours 30 mins 
Maximum altitude: 1375 m (departure from 1039 )

A beautiful walk in an alpine setting, discovering the small hamlets of Macugnaga, walking under the fir trees and through the narrow streets among the beautiful, typical Walser houses made of wood and stone, their bread ovens and tiny chapels. Possibility of a meal in an easily accessible refuge or a grand aperitif while admiring the Himalayan wall of Mont Rose (east side).
Return to the hotel by coach. Dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 - DEPARTURE 
After breakfast, departure. End of our services.
